Cancellation Policy
Please note that all birthday party deposits are non-refundable. When you reserve a party time slot, that space is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to other guests. This directly affects our ability to accommodate other bookings and results in lost revenue and staffing commitments. Additionally, many of our parties involve custom cake orders, personalized prep, and time-specific staffing, all of which are coordinated in advance based on your reservation. As such, we cannot offer refunds for canceled or rescheduled parties.
